Alex Holz

Alex Holz is a trained media designer and studied art history, literature, and Romance languages. Before joining the German Literature Archive in Marbach in 2020, he worked as a UI and UX designer in software development. At the DLA, he is a research assistant in the “Digital Archive” department, where he is primarily involved with born-digital materials and develops concepts and workflows for long-term digital archiving as well as the processing and provision of digital archival materials. Alex is a member of the Nestor working group “Personal Digital Archiving” and the working group “Digital Art History.”
